Ready to get moving but not sure where to start? You hear about cardio, yoga, pilates, and all these other options. But we know how intimidating it can feel to get started! Generally, if you’re going to put in the effort, you’re going to want to see the results. We’ve got something better than yoga or pilates for Baton Rouge.

Yoga Studio 90 is MORE than pilates. We’re a combination of calisthenics, yoga, and pilates. Each class derives movements derived from these different styles. The result is a complete cardiovascular, strength, stretching, and balancing workout. You’ll work your muscular and skeletal structure as well as your lymphatic system and internal organs of the body.

The Yoga culture is designed to meet people where they are. We aim to encourage, inspire discipline, and reach for excellence. Yoga devotees report improved flexibility and lost inches. Not to mention, they love being part of a phenomenal community! Additionally, members get perks such as access to nutritionists, events, workshops, and challenges.

Just give us an hour, and we’ll keep you moving! During those 60 minutes, you’ll get the benefits of 60 minutes of resistance training, 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, and 60 minutes of stretching. As a result, it’s the most effective use of your workout time. We know you’re busy, so make this hour count with us!
