When I joined Yoga Studio 90 my goal was solely to lose weight. I have lost over 30 pounds and have gone down 4 pants sizes, but it is so much more than weight loss. My overall health, fitness, endurance, strength and flexibility have dramatically improved. This is the fist time since being diagnosed with diabetes, over 10 years ago, that my blood sugar levels are in the normal range. Yoga Studio 90 has really changed my life, and the community is amazing!

I have felt so welcomed and comfortable [at Yoga Studio 90]. I have some mobility issues and my body doesn’t always cooperate. April and her team have been so accommodating and have shown me ways to modify routines and make adjustments so I get a great workout without making me feel silly or deflated. They’ve been true partners in my health and wellness. I’m grateful for their caring, mission-centered approach. It’s a blessing.

Attended the YS90 Restore class and it was wonderful! April Hill is an excellent teacher – explaining the poses and motivating you along the way the entire time. Best of all: she allowed my son to add this to his workout regimen. This momma was over the moon to share a class with her boy. Bonus: he LOVED it too! He said he knows this will help take his athletic ability to the next level. Thank you, April and Yoga Studio 90. We will definitely be back!

Yoga Studio 90 changed my life. I have been practicing here for 7 years… Can’t live without it. I have auto immune issues along with multiple spinal injury… I really had difficulty moving around in my daily life before I found Yoga Studio 90. Thank you Yoga Studio 90!
