Yoga Studio 90 offers performance-based total body workouts that incorporate hot yoga, mat pilates and cardio.
Our signature workout is done in our hot studio at 90°. High intensity interval training combined with Pilates & Yoga exercises leave your body strengthened and your mind renewed. You’ll be challenged and you’ll be changed by this unique, evolving full body workout. The room is hot – arrive prepared to sweat!
You’ll experience poses and exercises like those in YS90 with longer holds and deep stretches targeting connective tissue. If you are looking to stretch your body deeper and sculpt your muscle groups, this is the class for you. This class is for all fitness levels. The room is warm, not hot. Prepare to sweat and leave feeling completely renewed.
This workout experience smoothly connects poses with stretching and balance work so you are continuously moving to the beat of the music. FLOga incorporates traditional YS90 poses with shorter reps so you will get a full body workout. The studio is warm, not hot. We believe you’ll not only enjoy this class but feel totally refreshed once you’ve completed the class.
If you’re looking to BURN more calories, increase your heart rate, improve your endurance and much more, this one hour class is packed with FUN cardio exercises along with high intensity interval training combined with Pilates & Yoga poses. *Advanced class

Here are some of our most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), but if you’re wondering about something not answered here, just reach out and we can help!
You only need a Yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel for sweating. Wear something you feel good in! You’ll move your body in many different positions and you don’t want to fight a big bulky top or shorts too loose. We recommend a pair of leggings and a top that doesn’t move all around.
Arrive well hydrated and nourished. It’s HOT in here so you must be well hydrated! Don’t eat a huge meal before you come to class either—trust us, a full belly is never a good idea right before yoga.
But the most important thing a first time guest should know is this: Arrive with an open mind!
We appreciate your pre-registration before attending as this secures your spot in the studio. If you have trouble registering before class please don’t let this stop you – come on in!
We encourage our members to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes and first time guests at least 15 minutes before class begins to allow time for you to place your mat down and center yourself to prepare you for your incredible workout experience.
No necessary Yoga experience needed for working out here.
Consistent practice and the heat combo will have you feeling stretchy in due time. Practice with patience and grace for the moment you’re in, with consistent practice you will notice increased flexibility over time.
April’s philosophy from her 20 + years of experience is to plan to attend 4-6 days a week. The more you attend regularly the better you’ll feel and see the results from a regular practice.
We’ve had student athletes as young as 7 years old attend regularly to help increase their flexibility to complement their other sports training. If your child has trouble being still, quiet and following directions we ask you to wait until they are ready.
We love young student athletes and train hundreds each year. All minors must have a parent sign our studio waiver before their initial class.
We have a shower for your use to quickly rinse off following a class. You must bring your own towels and amenities.

Yes you can try a class! We offer one complimentary class for new visitors and those who haven’t visited us in awhile. Please limit to one free studio class per calendar year, excluding our complimentary community event. Just visit this link to sign up!
No, you do not need to sign a contract! At YS90, we do not have contracts – we offer memberships by the month, quarter and annually with automatic renewal. If you choose to cancel your membership at any time, we will be very sad to see you leave, but we only ask you give us a 30 day notice to cancel your membership. We have a variety of options to suit your needs, from our unlimited Total Body Membership to class passes and drop-in rates, as well as a virtual option with our OnDemand pass.
