Committing to 3 classes within 10 days allows you to experience the classes and benefits quickly.
The first class you attend you might be a little nervous, don’t know what to expect but you quickly realize upon entering the studio the instructor is friendly, knowledgeable and you recognize you’re in good hands. In this first class you will likely experience poses that stretch you and you will find them challenging. At the end of the 1st class you experience a cool down that relaxes you mentally and physically and you are so proud of yourself for finishing!
The second class you remember what the studio looks like, the heat, the poses may be similar to the previous class and you are at ease.
